Welcome to Royce Hotel. By accessing or using any part of the Royce Hotel platform — whether through the website or the mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Royce Hotel.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, do not register an account or use the platform. Royce Hotel reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use the Royce Hotel platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Royce Hotel reserves the right to close any account that is found to have been opened using false information, or where we reasonably believe the account is being used for fraudulent purposes.

All transactions on the Royce Hotel platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits are processed through Philippine banking channels including InstaPay and PESONet, and through verified local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya.

• All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — funds sent by another person on your behalf — are not permitted.
• Royce Hotel does not accept deposits made by credit card or cryptocurrency.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly; processing times may vary by payment channel.

Withdrawal requests are processed to verified Philippine bank accounts via InstaPay or PESONet, or to a verified local e-wallet. Withdrawals can only be made to an account or wallet registered in your own name — the same name used during KYC verification.

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to standard processing times; VIP members at higher tiers receive priority processing.
• Royce Hotel reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation if fraud or policy violations are suspected.

Bets placed on the Royce Hotel platform are subject to the specific rules of each game type and sport. By placing a bet, you accept the odds and terms displayed at the time the bet is confirmed.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled unless specifically provided for by the rules of the relevant market.
• Odds are locked at the values shown at the time of bet confirmation — subsequent market movements do not affect confirmed bets.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time at Royce Hotel's discretion.
• Royce Hotel reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error, or where odds were clearly mispriced.

• We are not liable for any loss of gaming funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• Royce Hotel's total liability to any player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time of the relevant event.
